WORKS CONSTRUCTION. Gabriel is the sort of guy that most people know either because he is decently friendly to them or else because he has done something to piss them off. Most people accuse him of being far too nice for his wellbeing. He will interfere in affairs if he feels like a person is being mistreated and often will come between fights in order to solve their problems. With this being said, if he feels that there is a personal fight between him and another person he will most likely pretend it doesn't exist, or at least try to avoid the confrontation. Most of his friends are more acquaintances than anything but the few that he is close with he would have known for a few years. Living in Caroline his entire life he’d be more likely to make friends while in school or if they had music lessons with his father when they were children. He might have had a few relationships in the past, so I imagine there are at least two or three girlfriends in the past where he could have had either a terrible or loving relationship that eventually became terminated. He has had one really bad relationship in the past which has made him more oblivious than ever to a girl ever liking him, but there is always some room for romance in his life if he ever lets it happen.

gabe and xzuun Okay, I have to say this: Where was Gabe when Xzuun was a kid and needed someone exactly like this? The only time I could see something happening is like, when Xzuun was a freshman in high school and Gabe was a senior, Gabe could've like, stopped someone picking on him or something. Any other time during their lives, Xzuun either would not have been in Caroline or Gabe would've been too old to be around. Maybe sometime they can meet again now that they're both out of school? IDK.

They're both 22 and both have grown up in Caroline forever, so they obviously know each other. I can't see them not getting along, honestly, so I kind of want these two to be best friends, but if not I could see them just knowing of each other, maybe just being casual acquaintances. It'd be a lot of fun if Gabe had been one of the kids that picked on Oliver in middle school, but I don't see Gabe being that kind of person. What sounds good to you?

oh man, gabriel is definitely the sort of person Xzuun would have needed.
I can definitely imagine that in the past Gabriel would have saw an arising conflict between some jerk and xzuun and came to the rescue and told the kid to get the hell out of his face before he got a teacher or principal or something. He probably would have asked Xzuun if he was alright and as long as he was reassured that Xzuun was he'd probably carry on with life expecting him to as well. I think it would be so interesting if they met up again and Gabriel would most like feel like he recognized Xzuun but having never known his name probably couldn't quite figure it out. Somehow they'd probably figure out who each other were and what not and Gabriel most likely would attempt a friendly conversation if anything with him. add/subtract?

They definitely would know each other from school and probably even were partners on several school assignments and what not too. I can't really see Gabriel picking on Oliver in middle school especially since that was around the time he was going through some "quiet time" because of his dad passing away. If anything he'd be one of the kids that would have told people to leave Oliver alone, regardless of how effective it would be. I can definitely see them being friends, and see them being closer friend when they were in high school and what not but then sort of drifting away afterwards because of personal reasons but still trying to remain in some sort of contact with one another. add/subtract? |

That sounds good, yeah~ I figure even though Oliver went through a lot of changes and stuff over time, Gabe could have been a constant and stuff, and that's really what everyone needs in life. Now that he has Caleb, Oliver doesn't have as great a need of Gabe, but they've been friends forever so it's not like Oliver's just gonna ditch him. Yes, good plan.
