CHARACTER FACTS:
1. When he was a child, Ada enjoyed pretending as if he were a detective. He would run around his block pretending to be solving crimes and capturing criminals. He always wanted to be a detective, but this only changed in college where he took a few psychology courses and decided upon that as well. Ada will still act like he's a detective most of the time, mostly because of his deductive nature.
2. Graduated from high-school a year early due to his high intelligence. Went into college, graduated with a degree in psychology and started his work and a psychologist. Went back to school for Chemistry while working, and is currently working on getting his second doctorate in that same field because he likes the term 'chemical theorist'.
3. Was teased endlessly and harshly in high school about his name, and berated for his genius and severe peanut allergy. After an incident in Grade Eleven where a couple of classmates put a peanut butter sandwhich in his locker and he nearly died, his parents decided upon home tutoring until he'd graduated a few months later.
4. Ada was born and raised in Caroline, but both of his parents moved to North America. His mother had only moved there when she was nine from France, and his fathers family had moved from Germany several generations back. His family has always been proud of his heritage, thus the strange variations of names he was given. Ada himself is very proud of heritage, and will not stand to not tell anyone near him exactly where his names come from.
5. although ada is a self proclaimed child genius, quick witted, and a bit of a smart ass to boot, he can be incredibly dense. especially while performing mundane tasks such as cooking or dressing himself. he has been known to reach into boiling pots of water to grab boiled eggs and potatoes, try to cut meat with scissors, has set water on fire, and his clothes never match. whether the latter is an accident made of pure ignorance of fashion or an attempt at a witty and ironic joke is rather unclear.
